The Inspector will typically show up about a half hour to take some pictures of the exterior of the home and make some notes regarding its overall condition. From there we will be looking at the Roof system, Guttering, drainage, exterior components such as AC condenser compressor, doors, windows, shut offs for electrical or water, pool filters, screen enclosures, and a whole lot more before heading inside the home for the interior inspection.
Once the inspection is complete we will take the time to review with our Clients our initial findings and highlight any areas of concern.
Our Inspection will provide you with an easy to read report of the Home you plan to buy or sell, along with LOTS of pictures. You can use this report to showcase to potential buyers, assistance for home maintenance/ repairs, record keeping for documenting age of components around the home, as well having a very clear understanding of what may be the single most important investment of your life, YOUR HOME.
Your Report will generally be delivered to you within 24 hours or less and someone will be available to answer any questions you have.
Our Inspections are performed using the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (InterNACHI) Standards of Practice. You can view those Standards here.
